Fix Our Streets (Safety + Potholes + Maintenance)

What Council can do: set policy, fund practical projects, require performance reporting, and hold PBOT publicly accountable for delivery.

My focus: fix the highest-risk corridors first, deliver quick safety improvements, and publish before-and-after results.

What Council can do: adopt a balanced budget, set spending priorities, attach performance requirements, and require transparent reporting on programs and contracts.

My focus: protect core services, make tradeoffs explicit, and demand measurable outcomes.

Homelessness Response (humane, lawful, measurable)

What Council can do: set city policy for public space management, fund city-side response tools, oversee intergovernmental agreements, and convene functional coalitions with the County (health and behavioral health), Metro, and service partners.

My focus: faster pathways from street to shelter and stability, clear metrics (access, utilization, exits), and consistent, lawful public space standards paired with real outreach.
